They will while a price increase is going through…

The envelope looks oversized for a 30 cent additional fee and probably was overweight for some of the rest. That it has a stamp instead of going through a meter (and getting weighed properly) suggests someone dropped it off at the post office overnight…

Add that the "envelope" in question was stamped and addressed on the sealed side (back side). Do you put stamps and the address on the back side of an envelope? NO, and nobody else does, either. Troll job.
