Adam Sinn '00 donates $15 million commitment toward the construction of an Academic & Wellness Center.

Sounds like he started in the energy trading business right around the time fracking started to take off. Very fortunate, and sounds like he's giving some of that fortune back, (albeit with some vanity which is typical with giant school gifts).

Energy Traders have absolutely RAKED last two years. You think Oil Companies are making money? How bout guys on the other side of hedges that E&P companies were forced to take to get liquidity through COVID? These guys have been selling bbls for twice what they bought them for.
