Combo of losses and close calls that shouldn't have been...plus, it should increase interest for our upcoming games even though we will be idle.

Edited to add - it could set up nicely depending on the outcomes of this week's games for us to be in top 12 heading into Aub and Ole Miss.

A redshirt freshman was gonna transfer? Come on now.

As questionable as Mond was at times, when did he ever get hurt even before 2020 when line had issues in the past?

Had Mond stayed, we'd be playing for title and Jimbo would have had him I position to be 1st round pick.

Not to pick on the Demon Deacons, as I grew up down the street from the campus, but Wake is in rare territory right now. In the history of the AP poll, Wake Forest has been ranked above 13 only 3 weeks, 12 in 1944, 12 in 1946, and 11 in 1947. As long as the Ags keep winning, WF will not get in our way. They are going to lose. Just savor seeing them in a non-basketball poll for a little while.
