Call spectrum, ask to check SNR on connection (all devices), and get a new power cable for the set top box.

Dude if you can tell me whether it's spectrum or espn causing the issue that would be great. Everything else works fine even multiple devices but espn will almost always buffer and then say no internet connection found even when i am connected on all devices

Thats going to be the feed between the network and the provider.
More than likely a bit of static that runs through the line. If it continues, carriers do send out status reports to networks and it will show them where and when 'jumps' happen in their feed. Could be a fiber issue as well but those are rare.

I noticed it during the Mizzou game as well. Also noticed it a bit on the post game show on the SEC network. Must be on their end.
