Pretty sure Jimbo would have let Johnny be Johnny, just like any college coach would. He had one of the best seasons/career in college football history.

No. Petine didn't like the hype and wouldn't give him the time of day. Jimbo would likely give him the structure and opportunity to develop and succeed.
