He has great potential and meager big game experience. He's burdened with a weak OL, that can't block on running plays, nor sustain a block for long on passing plays. Shoot, we 'll be alright.

He's a very good QB…can make very throw. He's going to look bad when they play better competition unless the OL dramatically improves. He'll have no time. No QB looks good when they get pressured.

That has yet to be seen definitively. Calzada and King have the same game time and Calzada has looked more composed thus far. Only time will tell but Calzada looked better this game.

I'm not Convinced king is all that much better.. I think jimbo wanted because he might be a little bit more mobile behind a very mediocre line. The future doesn't arrive until next year.

With better pass protection and receivers catching well-placed balls instead of dropping them, Zach Calzada would have completed a higher percentage of passes. That will be crucial to sustaining drives and keeping our excellent defense rested.

I'm convinced the only reason King was named starter was because Jimbo needs a mobile qb who scramble behind a below average oline. Calzada is a better passer 'but they were close enough to give haynes the.nod

Better today, but bailed too early a few times today (didn't step up into pocket), still focuses on his option too long at times, needs to have a clock go off in his head or will be clobbered soon, and needs to have occasional QB draw when pressured so much. The Int wasn't smart, but was a good play by NM db.
