Herbstreit just throwing out a distraction when in fact it is his employer Disney that is much of the impetus behind CFB realignment and consolidation.

And he would probably would be singing a much different song if OU and Texas were joining the B1G instead.

Herb has definitely lost a lot of the street cred in the last few years especially with that disgusting display of tears last year.

But he isn't wrong here about college football becoming all about the money.

It's a shame.
