Mond showed zero interest in rooting for and encouraging the freshman QB. He looked lethargic and pissed whenever they showed him on the sidelines in those final minutes.

Was doing decent until he threw an interception. He moved the ball which was good but he was also doing it against 2nd/3rd stringers on defense.
That was a bad throw. If he's next in line, he can't make mistakes like that in the ball game regardless of the time on the clock.

That is Colt McCoy 2.0!!!
I think the judgement is based on those 3 seconds plus the last 3 years of his in game and sideline attitude.agchugger said:
Mond was on the screen for 3 seconds. 3 SECONDS! I counted. Mond may not be a lot of things but you are taking it over board if you judge him for 3 seconds of sideline shots!!!

I do not hold that against a true fish in that situation. Give him all the reps in practice with the 1's and everything we saw looks sharper.GrayMatter said:

That's what he calls "a clean game"Ags4DaWin said:
that is not what he is saying. he is saying that mond COULD have been looking to help out by speaking to receivers when they were shifting packages, shouting help from the sideline, etc....instead he stands with arms crossed, looking like he smelled a bad fart.
Yep and our OL is doing an outstanding job considering the constant pressure they get due to opposing D's having zero respect for our QB play.OKC~Ag said:
agree that king's game makes much our offense sharper.
King had some threat of deep ball and threat of runs...
Defense has to adjust...we're just less than one dimensional with lesser talent on the QB.
This isn't really up for debate. It is a fact...
why it is taking jimbo this long to install another QB when we are getting slaughtered by tight opponents defense since they know we suck in our offense is beyond me.

This is the difference between King and Mond!
It jumps off the screen at you, you can't not see it...he is an instinctive football player vs Mond the robot.
He is the future, and the future should start now!
