4-6 just not getting my hopes up.

Even most sips are saying 5-5 so what does that say about people who say 4-6?

0-5

Season gets cancelled halfway through. A player gets mad and knocks head off a statute somewhere nearby. We all agree to forget this season ever happened at all and to never speak of it again.

Kirk Bohls picks us 2rd in the west with 8-2 record.

How did the coronavirus affect A&M? I would say it galvanized the Aggie locker room, and probably splintered the conservative fan base who didn't look kindly on Mond's and teammates' efforts to lobby the removal of the statue of former A&M president and savior Sul Ross.

Who is A&M's most pivotal player for success and why? Kellen Mond without question. But linebacker Anthony Hines is almost as critical a key.

DENNIS DODD, CBS Sports (He thinks we are playing 9 games 7-2 record)

Picking the SEC West: 1. Alabama; 2. Auburn; 3. Texas A&M; 4. LSU; 5. Mississippi State; 6. Ole Miss; 7. Arkansas

Who is A&M's most pivotal player for success and why? Kellen Mond. If not Trask, Mond is the best QB in the SEC. In an age when if you've got a QB, you've got a chance, this is a no-brainer.

BRENT ZWERNEMAN, Houston Chronicle
Picking the SEC West: 1. Alabama; 2. Auburn; 3. Texas A&M; 4. LSU; 5. Mississippi State; 6. Ole Miss; 7. Arkansas

How many regular-season games will Texas A&M play? 10

Texas A&M's regular-season record: 7-3

How did the coronavirus affect A&M? Jimbo Fisher is a grinder who gets a ton done in spring drills and in the offseason with his players far from the spotlight, so the pandemic negatively impacted his program, no doubt, perhaps to the point of meaning one or two more losses in the regular season.

ROBERT CESSNA, The Eagle

Picking the SEC West: 1. Alabama; 2. Auburn; 3.Texas A&M; 4. LSU; 5. Mississippi State; 6. Ole Miss; 7. Arkansas

How many regular-season games will Texas A&M play? Nine
Texas A&M's regular-season record: 6-3

Where does Kellen Mond rate among SEC quarterbacks? He'll be third behind Florida's Kyle Trask and Mississippi State's K.J. Costello, but will it be a close or distant third?

TRAVIS L. BROWN, The Eagle

Picking the SEC West: 1. Alabama; 2. Texas A&M; 3. Auburn; 4. LSU; 5. Mississippi State; 6. Ole Miss; 7. Arkansas

5-19 record over the last 8 years... will grow to 6-21, maybe. That's the only record that really matters against you know who!

That prediction means we would go 3-2 in SEC home games and just 1-4 in SEC road games. I know we have not won in Starkville, Mississippi since 2012, but we should finally win a game there. I believe our floor is 5-5 and our ceiling is 9-1.

Some will point to Saban's past history as evidence that he's the arguable better coach. He has been on quite a run. It begs the question what he could do with the good but not as good as Alabama talent that Jimbo has had for his career. I think Jimbo gets more out of his players. The talent gap now is more narrower, so I think it's a toss up between us and Alabama.

Mond is an average QB.

We will win what we are supposed to win lose what we are supposed to lose and go around 50/50 with our 50/50 games.

That means

Losses to Bama and Florida

Wins against Ole Miss, Miss St, USCE, Vandy, Ark

50/50 games LSU, Auburn, Tennessee

Mond is pretty terrible on the road so figure lose two of the three 50/50 games

6-4 with 7-3 as a possibility.

6-4, losses to Bama, Tennessee, LSU, and Auburn.

Mond sucks

I'm thinking 5-5

Everyone is giddy about something... I'm not sure what...

The defense should be improved

But last I heard green is still at guard & Moore is still at tackle, sounds like the coaching staff learned nothing last year

Anyway we usually underperform when there's any kind of expectation
