What are the top BBQ joints lately in BCS? Normally I start smoking my meat at 4AM, but my trailer axle busted on me somewhere north of Willis last weekend, and it may be out of commission for the next couple of paychecks. I have to rebuild the frame, and replace a few other accessories.

Its been a while since I've paid for brisket, but a mans gotta due what a mans gotta do.

I like Coop's if the right guy is cooking.
Fargo's is good too but servings are smaller.

You're in CS TX so you can't go wrong with most any place you choose. Heck, Rudy's is always a safe bet if you want to drive a bit.

1775 is my favorite.... but I tried Boomtown BBQ and it was good. The buns are great for their sandwiches.
The G7 sandwich is spot on.

In my opinion Cooper's and C&J are terrible.

We really like All the Kings Men. I think it is the best barbeque in BCS. On the same block is Proudest Monkey which in my opinion is the best burger in BCS.
