Maybe so, but Holiday weekend...... I was there opening night last year and my memory is a little fuzzy but I remember a pretty good crowd. I'm gonna stick with the 95k. Oh and I WILL be there for it.

There are several factors at work, pointing to fairly high attendance (at least mid-80s).. First game, excitement about the new season, students on campus, holiday weekend.. and the fact that it IS Texas State.. Their band will be at the game, along with a lot of students and alumni who want to experience Kyle Field and a big-game atmosphere.

I just bought tickets. Love the first game on a Thursday. Take my kids out early, make the 90 minute drive, and have the weekend to enjoy the rest of college football. Bought 4 tickets for 40 bucks. I have never sat up in the new south end zone so we are going to check it out. I cannot wait!!

Were you there? I said I think it was 70 something which might be 79. My section in the AAC wasn't more than 2/3 full. I last missed a game at Kyle Field 20 years ago and I feel I'm not far off.
