Let Jimbo be interim AD if he wants it, come up with a short list of who he would be comfortable with and input from other head coaches especially Buzz, and then powers or committee do more in depth interviews.

Not sure if you are advocating this but if anyone among our fanbase is really suggesting Fisher also be the AD there are bigger problems, like mental incompetence, to solve.
