If tu is willing to manipulate certain individuals, in order to bump the ratings of their commits, so that they "control" the narrative that tu is a program on the rise, would we put it past them to actually "pay" those individuals? Certainly the economics of doing anything "legal" in order to appear relevant in the short term in order to build for success in the long term could be used to justify it. Does "integrity" really matter? Is this "telling your story because if you don't someone else will?" I agree that these ratings should be meaningless.......but to some, it's not the ratings, it's the blatant dishonesty by people who should care about honesty because they are teaching kids.
