LSU had 125 yards and 40 points in overtime, that's definitely a lot to skew the season average. Take away those yards or points and then where are we ranked?

Sorry, but you're so far off it's not even funny. A good system that is fair and takes into consideration many things such as schedule, opponents, etc. to determine the SOS is the Jeff Sagarin rankings. Sagarin has Bama at #44 SOS and Zero U at #31. Our Aggies come in at #4 - with a heck of a schedule this year - facing #1 Bama, #2 Clemson, #8 Miss. St., #14 LSU, #21 Auburn, #27 Kentucky and #28 So. Car. - that's 7 in the Top 30!!

Not sure where your SOS source originates, but it is WAY off - not even in the hemisphere!! Bama did not play much of a schedule this year - period!

I think Bama will have a "little something" in store for little Mr. Murray in a few weeks!!!

Not nearly as good as Bama but not terrible either.

And the highest ranked was Army whose total defense stats are severely biased by the fact they eat up the clock to shorten the game.

Army is a pretty good team this year. I was just stating that they played a handful of top 50 defenses, that's not as bad as everybody likes to pretend it is. Especially if you compare them to Clemson's competition this year.

He's an arrogant crybaby born with a silver spoon in his mouth. This will just make things worse with him.

The Heisman is a participation trophy that usually goes to a non-champion with good numbers that doesn't take his talents to the next level.

With the notable exception of the South region, Kyler got more votes in all the other five regions. Tua got a total of 19 more votes in the Southern Region than Kyler. In the other five regions Kyler received an average of 63 more voted than Tua.

So, what are you all crying about?

Tua lost in 5/6ths of the country and squeaked a slim margin in the region Alabama is in.. No body screwed Tua and Alabama or screwed the SEC. All of you acting like Tua got screwed out of the Heisman sound a lot like Hillary Clinton and she did win the popular vote which Tua didn't.

Battle Cattle is surprised at how invested some posters are in Alabama. It's almost as if they live vicariously through another team's successes.
