I'm going a very tentative 8-4 with a bowl win as well. Losses to Bama, Clemson, Auburn and I think we drop one to Clanga on the road. The tentative part is SCar on the road, that one could go either way. I can see us finally getting over the hump with the corndogs. And as long as we're competitive and fighting like hell in every game, I'm fine with 8-4. The big wins will come. Baby steps.

Texas Bowl vs TCU/Texas. WIN

Wins:
NW State - Thursday game.. assuming Jimbo won't repeat Sherman mistake w/ Ark State.. this should be a win.
LA Monroe - Great game to take the lesson learn from the Clemson and NW state game and apply them to get ready for the regular season.
Ark - If injury bug doesn't strike hard.. we should win this game. I appreciate Chad Morris but that team is a mess.
Kentucky - Nice recovery game. Should have the team back to strength.
South Carolina - Winnable game that will test our ability to play and win away games.
Miss State - Tough game and might be hard.. but if injuries don't play a factor.. this is the game where the team should perform at the expected level. By this point, the O-line and QB play should be in sync.
Ole Miss - What a mess.. seriously if we don't win this game...
UAB - Good to have this game as a recovery game. We will need it to since LSU is winnable game the following game.


Loss:
Clemson - Even though we get 2 extra days to prep for this game. Clemson has an incredible team returning. Hate to say it but this looks to be the first lost.
Alabama - I love to see a win.. but nothing I see screams a win for this game. This is our toughest game of the year.
Auburn - For some reason we have Auburn number.. not sure why. But at this point we would have played our third straight away game. Expect the team to be tired and roughed up after SC and Miss St.. wish we had a buffer game before this one.. like UAB. .. Hope Aggies win this one again.. but giving my prediction to Auburn.
LSU - Ok.. is this game winnable. Yes.. but history tell us that .. note: if we win this game.. expect Ed to lose his job.

Come on man! Their backups cannot and will not beat our returning veterans. We got LSU easy. Not one of my Aggie colleagues can convince me that the above new starters are better than our returning starters Kellen Mond (top 5 graded SEC freshman in 2017), Travyveon Williams (800 yards behind the worse OL in the SEC), Jhamon Ausbon (50+ catches) or Landis Durham (10.5 sacks)

• My #1 game of concern is MSU. I just keep looking at all the returning high level talent. They DL rivals ours or just a bit better. I believe our DL is top 4 SEC but MSU DL have some real mean dogs!

Considering some of the worst QBs in LSU history have had career games against us the past 3-4 seasons.... I'd say they are still a huge threat to beat us
