Stayed their twice, have had horrible service both times. Lack of communication, check in times delayed until 6:30/7 pm, little done about complaints or to make up for their short comings. For the price, and as someone who spends 100+ nights per year traveling and staying at a lot of hotels, I expect much much better from a service perspective.Captn_Ag05 said:
