If you're on Reddit, /r/CFB is currently having a college football themed Risk game where you vote for territory. If your team loses all of it territory, it dies.

We're currently have lost College Station to the sips and are trying to reclaim it. If we don't, we may be knocked out (We have 280 daily voters vs the sips 320).

It might be nerdy but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't enjoying this. Thanks to Verne for posting this. I started the day you first posted and it's been interesting to watch it develop each day. Also, I've noticed the number of people playing for our side seems to go up by about 30 people every day so I'm clearly not the only one.

I enjoy it as well. It takes less than 5 minutes out of your day to play along.

I know it is dumb. But we basically control all of Texas except Lubbock, which is the last territory in Texas controlled by the sips. And we also control Norman.

Would be nice to exile the sips to California and Nebraska. Snicker.

Being allies with Bama has helped. All the land on the east has been just traded back and forth.

Our numbers don't compare to the other big teams, so we don't stand much of a long term chance.

It's called team chaos. If your team dies, you get the option of joining whoever owns your original territory or team chaos. Basically it's the team of the living dead, and it grows the more that teams die off.

OU, Nebraska, and Bama are all on our side (kill the sips and kill UF alliance, also known as the Red Alliance).

OU was planned to get them back east in Norman to help attack the sips again. Bama was bad luck (really bad luck) because there's a handful of rogue players who just do whatever on each team. That's how we lost Houston.
