Do you think Christian Kirk will be drafted in the first round of the NFL draft, and if so, with what pick?

I think he will be drafted in the first round with pick # 32.

I have been obsessive over mock drafts in the last 2-3 weeks and the most frequent teams are falcons, Pats, Jags, and Cowboys.

Unpopular opinion but mid 2nd round, 40-50

So the Cowboys trade up in the 2nd round to grab him? Very interesting.

Makes a lot of sense at 23 or 31. Edelman is getting older, Amendola is gone, Hogan is in the last year of his contract, Cooks is out. They have decent depth this year, but there is a need to develop a WR.

He makes perfect sense to either the Panthers or Patriots in the first but none of the "experts" seem to agree. Only other first round spot that would make sense is Dallas but 19 might be a little high. I'm going to resign myself that our run of first rounders is over and be pleasantly surprised if it isn't. I'm guessing early to mid 2nd.

As much as it sucks (for him), i think going third round to Texans would be amazing (for me).

That's close to 69 but just a little lower, right?

His skill equals a late 2nd to early 3rd round pick. But his hype and attention will get him picked mid to early 2nd or late late 1st round.

I think you're pretty close, maybe even the top of the 4th.

Trade up and down to grab him. Really interesting.

DMN predicting Kirk goes in 2nd round due to outside receiver bias.

No
Like anyone can even know that.

honest evaluation is early 3rd round. in a normal year.

this isn't a normal year. WR is not deep this year for the draft. Could rank him in this years class anywhere from 2-5 at WR.
which means he's late first round or early second round. As soon as the first guy is picked there will probably be a run at the position.

Not a big draft junkie, but I would guess the Coboys go for a bigger body receiver to replace Dez. I am hoping they pick up later in the draft Dylan Cantrell, or, maybe he links back up with Mahomes in KC.

I want Xn to go to the Pats and end up on track to be a Hall of Famer playing with Tommy Touchdown.

"You hear a lot that you can't do something, like run a certain route or play outside, and it can get a little frustrating," Kirk told the Washington Post after A&M's Pro Day last month. "But I can do those things, and I know that. I just wasn't asked to a lot in college. You have to prove it every chance you get."
This and his height are probably why Kirk gets underrated. This may end up being in his favor because if he drops to a lower pick (and probably a better team) he has a chance of going into a good offense, whose team will get a steal because he's a great athlete and has the highest character and work ethic.

Smith was a key part of Texas A&M's 2017 team, as he led the Bulldogs in receiving yards and was regarded as one of the top playmakers in the country. Below are the five things you need to know about the Texas A&M wide receiver:

His size and the mediocre QB play we had most of last year are keeping him back. I know it costs him some money, but he might be better off without first round expectations. Hopefully he goes to a good team.

Meant to edit, and replied to myself.

I wanted to say "mediocre QB play", instead of "mediocre QB", which sounded like a shot at either Mond or Starkel, about both of whom I am still optimistic...

Poor QB play is a poor excuse honestly I'd blame our scheme more than our qb play along with Moorehead. Kirk is underdeveloped with a small catch radius, along with several other question marks. I can go on as I have on other topics on the same thing but he's at best 4th in a shallow WR class. As another poster said he's a 3rd talent who will get picked up in the 2nd, I tend to agree.
