While we have similar records, we have this record in a much tougher conference. A couple of our losses were to the #1 and #6 teams. I give us the advantage in a head to head.

We deserve a coach who is willing to work here despite a fan base who will criticize every move they make and an administration who will publicly demand you win at least 9 games a year and then decide to fire you despite having 7 wins with 2 games left to go.
