saw a frat boy at ACL last year in cow print coveralls cut off at the kneees and boots - precursor to the romphims? also, awolnation performed in romphims- each member wore a different color

Reminds me of a dude that wore a kilt and hiking boots on campus. Appeared to be an actual Scotsman, short but ripped, and always smoking a cigarette.
Looks like they should have a zipper in the back.
