No idea what it is but I bet there is a reason beyond just saying no to the transfer.

Snyder got off script and showed his ass at some KSU function last night, and then apologized and granted the release today. He pretty much said in public that the player tested positive twice, and they made an exception keeping him on the roster (at least until he wanted out!). He should have just granted it immediately because it sure made him look bad IMO. Especially since they take transfers by the truckload as already mentioned.
