5 years ago. Opened the same summer I graduated. They let us party in it before the apartments were fully open.

My place was known as the "Shotgun Shack". Out on Highway 30 going towards Huntsville. It was a complete and utter ****hole when I moved in. Had to eradicate 9 feral cats living inside the structure, remove all existing furniture, beds, etc. and let the place air out for a week. My mom cried the entire way home after she saw it the first time.

New floors, paint, completely rebuilt the bathroom and kitchen, insulation, siding to cover the green rolled roofing on the outside, new porches front and back and it was a decent place to live just about the time I graduated and moved on.

Lived at the Barracks, this place lied to me about that damn lazy river until now. Faster at making good on their promises than Sumlin

Call me when the ***** about tuition being too high.

That lake also has a zip line that pulls you across the lake on skis. Spoiled!!!!!

I'll tell you right now. If my kids go to A&M they're staying On-Campus their Fish year in the crappiest dorm there. Preferably one without air conditioning.

And thereafter, they can rent a crappy house in Bryan with some friends.

That kind of place will never get a penny from me or mine.

I clicked this hoping for the Lazy River around Kyle Field.

That's in CS??? Wow, there rows and rows and rows of apartments...I've been gone too long...I have no idea where abouts that is...

You get access to that place if you live there or anyone can go there if they pay entrance fee?

I'm not sure if I've ever seen a theme-park type pool in an apartment complex outside a college town. Probably wouldn't exist if most people weren't paying with borrowed money.
