Disagree with Rebel-E, Johnny still has a shot to go out there and prove himself? Why because there is an oncoming QB drought in the NFL and some teams will be desperate.

Why wouldn't you take some washed up has been? Why wouldn't you pay him bare minimum and see if he has anything left in the tank?

Correct. The "top 10 bust of all time" stuff is nonsense as well, because QB's picked in the low 20's aren't eligible for top busts of all time lists.

Johnny played well at times in year 2 with Cleveland. If not for off-field, he would have been the Browns' starter last year. NFL is waiting to see if he can stay sober. He'll get another shot if he does that and keeps working/stays in shape.
