Per his most recent Snapchat...

It's a zipper being pulled down on his inner arm and "inside his arm" you see Social Media Logos..such as the ghost from SnapChat and the Camera from Instagram, oil tower, and a Mario cart mushroom.


What does it all mean?

I think it means lots of people are gonna take yet another opportunity to measure their life against Johnny's in order to make themselves feel better.

I did than when I was a kid and now have to explain Post sliderules, Ovaltine, Winky Dink, and Polaroid cameras. Now that the skin has sagged, the zipper looks longer and I can add more logos.

When Von talks about tattoos, he talked about how they each have some meaning about a certain time/event in his life. He's got a slice of pizza and a chicken wing tattoo, for pete's sake.
