I predict 3-9 and the Bye week is a toss up
Why is the SEC title game listed? A&M isn't going to sniff anything above 3rd place in the west.
I see 7 or 8 loses on that schedule... Minimum 5.
NIcholls nearly beat Georgia on the road this year. So.. watch out for Nicholls.
I remember the SEC Network ads for that game. The voice-over guy's ominous lower inflection while announcing "Georgia takes on Nicholls" made me snicker every time they ran that ad.

I completely agree and really the only teams we SHOULD lose to after that are Bama and LSU, but we seem to like to lose games we shouldn't in the second half so yes 8-5 is likely again.

Seriously, fish QB or Hubenak or Starkell - inexperienced starting QB doesn't bode well for lots of wins, especially with whom we lose on defense.

We've become so predictable under Sumlin
Don't see 5-0. Ucla qb back healthy. Rosen is really good. We'll be starting a qb with no experience ( Jake would pass well if the O-line steps up).
I think we fall to ucla and Texags goes on strike for the rest of the season. Chicken wrap prices fall to record lows, attendance is down by 100 people per game and the BMA's get ancy.

Best thing that could happen is a loss to ucla or arky. With a different start to the year, 1of 2 things happen:
1. Guys get hungry and play hard all year a la 2012 (unlikely at best)
2. We start the slide early and we can announce we're looking for a new coach early.

UCLA is losing 6 defensive players. They had 0 run game last year and are going to be on their 3rd OC in 3 years.
Arkansas is losing their 2 starting WR, LT, and 5 starters on D, including 3 linemen.
I know we are losing a lot but I think our D will be much better next year. We lose Garrett, but I think LB will be better (yes this class will help contribute), and I think our offense will be more consistent and keep our D off the field a little more next year.
The only reason I see people saying we will lose those games is the fact they want Sumlin fired. Now it is possible we lose but to say we will is just stupid.
