A boatload of guys would qualify, including Rich Coady, Jerry Hopkins, Mike DeNiro and Richmond Webb to name a few, but Red, who overcame learning disabilities once they were identified and always has been a person to look up to, would be a worthy representative.

On a little side note, my favorite Aggie football player name of all time was worn by the late Yancey Bounds of Carthage, Texas, a guard and member of the valiant crew who beat the eventual "national champion" Liehorns in 1963 but got screwed out of it by one particular orange-bellied ref, who I hope is rotating on an eternal rotisserie in you-know-where.
