Q - How and when will 12thman notify the waitlisted? Jade
Our initial communication to wait list members was sent via email on Tuesday, April 28. Our next communication to wait list members is scheduled to be sent via email by May 18 with our expected inventory for Phase 2. As a reminder, Phase 2 will provide wait list members the opportunity to select seats in redeveloped Kyle Field, as well as a chance for Phase 1 donors to change the location of seats selected during Phase 1.
Q - Several people are thinking more parking will be available next year. Is this true? And if so will it be premium parking so there is a trickle-down effect? TraditionsPD
At this time, parking availability for 2016 is expected to look similar to 2015.
Q - Is the financial commitment the same for Phase 2 tickets as was required for Phase 1? Or is there credit to this ticket from the Phase 1 commitment; ie Phase 2 donor resumes long term donations that Phase 1 donor did not make? Jade
The financial commitment for Phase 2 is the same as for Phase 1. You will be required to pay a minimum of 40% of the capital gift at checkout as well as 100% of the annual donation and ticket cost. You will then have three years to pay off the remaining 60% of the capital gift.
Q - Phase 2 - sure this is obvious but just want to confirm that if you elect to participate, for the purpose of moving not adding, you do not have to move. You can stand pat right? Dtrain
If you opt in to Phase 2 you are not required to change seats.
Q - The Kyle Field website has a different term listed than what is on my commitment agreement. Will seats I pick up in phase two or three have a different term? BQ92
If you participated in Phase 1 and you exchange seats in Phase 2, your new seats will carry the initial term. If you are on the wait list and purchase tickets in Phase 2, your seats will carry the new term limit. All seats selected in Phase 3 will have the new term limit.
Q - Will people on the waitlist get a chance to pick before or while people who want to move or add seats, or will they have to wait till current ticket holders finish? Stemp
All donors that opt in to Phase 2 (both Phase 1 participants and those on the waitlist) will be assigned appointment times based on priority point rank as of January 15, 2015. As a reminder, Phase 1 participants can only move seats during Phase 2 they cannot add seats.
Q - Are the faculty who did not have tickets in 2011 or 2012 going to be eligible for faculty area tickets in Phase 2 or in the future? Ol Army Fight
Faculty and Staff will be eligible for tickets in the faculty/staff area during Phase 2 & 3. More information is available here: www.12thmanfoundation.com/ticket-center/2015-faculty-staff-football-ticket-information.aspx
Please join the wait list at: www.12thmanfoundation.com/kylefield/waitlist.aspx
Q - Will TMF offer in-person appointments for Phase II? DannyO
Yes, there will be in-person appointments for Phase 2.
Q - Will there be a limit on the number of seats that higher priority point donors will be able to purchase during Phase 2? zsh0
If the donor participated in Phase 1, they may not add seats during Phase 2. All wait list donors, regardless of priority rank, were limited to 12 seats total; the average number selected is 3.3.
