Anyone else think it is pretty inappropriate for a ****ing judge to be openly antagonistic towards a citizen while abusing his power just because he is butthurt our football team had a good season?

This isn't the 1700's. you can't use your position of authority to publicly flog someone, especially because his football team (who is in a completely separate conference) had a good season. This judge wants to sacrifice his job over the Baylor Bears. Oblige him.
