He also wouldn't cost an arm and a leg like Strong. Seriously, we could probably get him for barely more than half of what we'd have to pay Strong. I want the guy that will get the job done regardless of money, but given they are all uncertainties, leaving yourself some cash to build a high quality recruiting machine assistant staff + flexibility to cut bait in 3-4 years if it doesn't work has to be a factor. Strong is going to require $3 mill or more for 6-7 years.
