I'm looking for recommendations on places to have my family's bible refurbished. It's in very rough condition but we would love to bring it back to life. I'm located in central Texas but willing to drive. I've attached a few photos to give an idea of the condition. Our guess is its from mid to late 1800s.

HV Chapman & Sons in Abilene - I've sent them a couple of things over the years, and everything I've ever seen them do turned out fantastic. My memory is that depending on the budget you can get everything from a new leather-bound restoration to a less expensive "scrap book" kind of preservation

Ive used them before and they did a great job. I had a Bible recovered and it was very well done. I would send them some pics and see what they say.
