Are there any podcasts with WW2 interviews of veterans telling their stories and experiences?

Not with veterans, but check out ww2 podcast by Angus Wallace. I've only listened to a couple episodes but I think he interviews various "experts" or writers that talk about various events or weapons during the war.

I love that podcast - I was little late to the party so I'm only about 30 episodes in. For just a guy with a hobby, he does a phenominal job and his guests are great (and incredibly knowledgable)

It's not a podcast, but one of the better/only good uses I've found for Twitter is some of the folks on there that will "live tweet" WWI and WWII. It's a pretty cool daily feed of what happened on that day as they progress through the war. Walking daily through the war from start to finish in order is pretty cool.
