Since I was raised in Texas, my knowledge about the Revolutionary War from early on was limited. If you're like me, you may have known of Cowpens and maybe even Camden, but had never heard of Huck's Defeat, which took place at Brattonsville, SC. This is an excellent short on the battle and is accurate by my understanding. It even has an interview with Walter Edgar, a renowned historian of southern history. I have been in the Huck's Defeat reenacement a few times now, but it is in July, so its a torching when you do it mid day.

I bring you Huck's Defeat:

Also with regard to this video, it speaks of The Waxhaws , which is a massacre used as a battle cry in the same manner as The Alamo. its pretty moving when they show the bloodied bodies. Game of Thrones has nothing on the war in the backcountry.
