Serious answer, I don't know of a good standalone book on Yeltsin. I do know that "The Last Empire" is an excellent account of the fall of the Soviet Union that includes a lot of good information on Yeltsin and his background. There's another book out recently documenting the slide to authoritarianism from Yeltsin to Putin, but I can't speak for its value.

I have one book but I don't recommend it. Gorbachev's "August Coup" book is really interesting but Yeltsin isn't the main player in it.
