65 yo male (yea I'm old), fairly active physically, decent shape.
Been hitting the gym ~ 6 days a week now for approximately the last 3 months. Currently following a Push/Pull/Leg split.
Think I'm doing okay on my form with regards to ROM, technique, doing enough sets, etc., along with I'm eating pretty well (piggy backing off a nutrition plan my wife is using that she is getting from her wellness coach).
I'm seeing some gains (yes, I'm aware it's a long process), but I want to optimize my time and efforts. i.e., make sure I'm doing it correct.
So what I'm looking for is a trainer that is versed in what will work for an ol fart along with being proficient in hypertrophy training.
So, how do I determine who the pretenders are, what qualifications should I look for, etc.?
Or, if anyone can recommend someone in the Cypress/Tomball area, that would be great.
Thanks all very much
