3.5 miles running on mountain bike trails. Took a pretty hard fall (toe caught a small root while running downhill). Popped up immediately and started running again but my wife said I was a little loopy for a bit after. Just a little sore now.

Rolled BJJ this afternoon for 45 minutes.

Did a double back to back today:

1: long warmup
Workout:
75 air squats
5 push-ups
Then 5 rounds:
200m run
15 power clean @135
10 burpees
Then:
100 sit-ups

Stretch.

Rest 5. Warmup again.

First half Hyrox:
Run 1000m
Ski erg 1000m
Run 1000m
Push 450lb sled 100m
Run 1000m
Rope pull 225lb sled 100m
Run 1000m
50 burpee broad jumps

Stretch.

Turned my ankle on uneven concrete on my second run. Snap crackle pop all over the top and side of my right foot, but it's only a little sore. Fortunately it was warm and I do lots of stretching so the injury is minor and I can work on it.
