1. Dynamic motion warmup.
Then, 35 minutes to complete:
800m run
3 rounds of 10 front squat@135 and 10 push-ups
600m run
3 rounds of 8 power clean@135 and 20 air squats
400m run
3 rounds of 6 squat clean@135 and 6 pull-ups
200m run
3 rounds of 4 clean and jerk@135 and 4 burpees

Rest 10 minutes

800m run carrying 25lb plate
Then attempt 4 x 400m run start every 2 min. (Failed to keep pace on this)

Then 30 minutes of 1 minute stations, 10 rounds of:
5x30" box jumps
5xdeadlift@205
5xdual dumbbell bench press@2x50
