A little late but ran my first mile in years last weekend. Finally pulling out of a down cycle and getting back to work.

6 mile run + lift. Should have waited to eat the cheese steak sandwich for lunch until after I was done. Not recommended pre-run.

Good WORK! Just get back in the habit and it gets easier to keep doing. Now I feel strange if I don't break a sweat at some point during the day. After 3 years and 30 pounds gone..

Thanks, I have serious motivation problems and maybe mild depression so it's hard for me to stay consistent. I've lost the same 70 lbs twice in the last 12 years so I'm trying to get better accountability from the people around me this time. Relying on myself hasn't worked lol.
