Yeah, that's a volume one. Pretty cool for them to add since chasing KOMs is basically impossible. I have a few running KOMs in my neighborhood, but it doesn't count since there are a couple of olympic athletes who apparently average like 3 min miles (aka they had the "run" on while riding).

Taking the week off. Strained my hip flexor playing soccer yesterday ... helps having a wife who is a PT and reminds you not to be an idiot. She's pregnant and I can't risk actually getting hurt!
