Card game towards next year's Murph Challenge. 99 each of push ups, squats, curls and heavy pants. Wore the 20-lb vest for the first time which impacted the pushups and squats significantly. Pretty smoked despite those two being half of the quantity we can do without the vest.

Was 1/2 mile out today when I got a notification on my watch that delivery drivers (who were scheduled for yesterday) were at the house w/o notice. Had a nice run back and then did a quick mile once they finished up. 2 miles for the day, but better than nothing. Will do some stretching and yoga this afternoon.
