5 miles nice & easy as I was still a little sore from a harder 9 mile run on Saturday followed by a not so great weekend of eating & drinking.... Not sure if I am getting in better shape or it was just the cooler weather as I got out pretty early but avg HR for the run was in the low 130's which was nice to see.

This is the second or third week back to working out and trying to get back into shape and this was my first "unsuccessful" workout since I started.

Feels like it was more of a mental plateau than physical so I'll have to get that figured out.
