14 miles. Glad I didn't plan on doing more today. It was probably the most brutal morning of the year so far.

Was planning on 6 miles in an hour. I had to stop at 45 minutes and just over 4 miles because I was starting to overheat and couldn't get my heart rate below 90% of max. Definitely brutal this AM.
15k run then upper body lift this morning
We had an 89 heat index at 4:30am in Conroe. There's no way to escape it.
5 miles biking then two miles running earlier this AM. Temp here in Klein right now is 89*. Gonna watch Chelsea vs Sheffield United then get in the pool later.

That's a hell of a Saturday run.
P90x legs and back and ab ripper. Now time for steak.
Slept in this morning and settled for a 3.5 mile walk this evening.
Heading out now. Gonna see how a 94 heat index at midnight feels.
