Now I feel better about my weekly run feeling harder.
Replaced the upstairs AC 3 months ago. Downstairs AC just went out about 3 hours ago. Repair folks here now. Fick me

Took like 30 minutes for me to recover from hiit training. Laying on the cold tile in my house was a god send
It was a cool 70 here yesterday but inched in to the 80's today.

My ac is out, getting repaired today, ran 5 miles yesterday and my only reprieve was a cold shower. Did an "indoor" bike ride Tuesday, notice the temperature.
My last six runs have been n the treadmill.
Currently 62 and cloudy...might hit 70 later today

lol. Yeah from 92 to 90 was an awesome breeze. My fan must've caught the sensor on my watch just right.
I've been in Houston a week and running outside in this swamp. I haven't been back here in 5 years, and it was December that time. Can't wait to get back to Denver. I hate this sticky heat.
Run and do Camp Gladiator at 5 AM. Still was 82 this morning.
