Usually its in April but this year with the work from home I pushed it back so I could just enjoy bad food and drinks while stuck at home.

One month. Perfect consumption. Not one bite. Not one sip.
These are the only rules:
Thats it. Since I like to start on a Monday the dates are May 4th - June 5th. That means you end on a Friday and can go nuts.
so not one chip. not one Cheez-it from your kids bag. Not one sip of beer.
I use this as a way to lean up for the summer months every year. I eat like this(not nearly as strict) most of the time during the week anyways. But passing up splurging on the weekends for a whole month usually has big results for me.

- no alcohol
- no processed carbs (I include no potatoes in this as well)
- no processed sugar (with very minimal fruit intake as well)
- no fried food(processed carbs mostly rules this out anyway bc of batter)
