18 miles with 14 @ marathon pace. Unlike Mrs. Beer, I did not kill it. Seems like I always have one really rough workout in a marathon training cycle and today was it. Live to fight another day though!

I know lots of people, myself included, that would kill for 14 miles at ~6:30 pace right now.

I see all the many miles and runs people are doing. I do about five miles in the morning around the track at my local baseball stadium. Great exercise with a few cool down laps.
