Then 2 miles of HIIT (.05 mile walking/.15 sprinting).
Still doing IMF.
Yesterday was tough and couldn't do the OMAD especially with football on... just made it a 16/8 day.
Today, we always have family lunch after church, so going to be a 16/8 day as well... Beef Fajita at Mad Taco and a handful of chips/queso along with water.
Started last Sunday at 229 pounds... was 220 this morning.
So that's motivating even if half of it is water/decarbing loss.
And run felt fast and powerful, so the lower calories isn't hurting me there.
