This IMF thing seems to be legit
I have always been a "Look! Just get off your lazy ass, workout, stop eating bad food, and quit looking for some magic diet that will that will not be sustainable" kind of guy.
So, when I kept seeing all the posts about IMF iwas skeptical and thinking "Look at all these lemmings falling for the next big diet fad"
So i dismissed IMF without researching it
Wrong! The science behind this is solid. And it doesn'y have you justifying eating bags of Pork Rinds as part of the diet and being healthy.
On Sunday, I was at 229. Biggest number i have ever seen. And didnt want to hit 230
After resesrching IMF, i started on Monday.
I decided to see if I could do the version that supposedly gives the biggest impact and try the One Meal A Day version
Surprisngly it has not been that difficult to skip breakfast and lunch and not eating anything until dinner around 6pm and not eating anything after that.
So this morning i weighed in at 219 (was 221 yesterday morning)
And last night, since it was my birthday, we went Urban Table where i had a huge meal. Then went home and two slices of carrot cake. Big slices heavily covered with cream cheese frosting.
I was stuffed.
I expected to see a weight gain this morning. But instead saw a 2 pound loss from day before.
This **** works and i do not really feel deprived (yet).
Didnt even exercise last two days (no time)
