Bike is in the shop. Pick it up tomorrow.
5,000 yard swim; outdoor pool, heated, but still cold as hell (water temp about 70*); I spent 30 minutes in a hot shower trying to warm up; on the bright side, I did 4,000 yards straight which is about IM distance
