About 1000 yard swim, kind of lost track. Warm-up, intervals of one 200, a few 100s, and some 50s, then some easy laps to finish.

Slept in, so no run for me.
Hour long cardio class followed by some back and shoulder work.

32.5mi ride @ 17mph.

After 2-3 months of doing a 22mi ride @ ~16mph, one of the guys i've been riding with convinced me to jump up a ride level this morning. Other than a brief moment of being gassed at ~29mi after sticking with the lead group for longer than i should have, it felt great. Will probably stick with this ride going forward.

2.50 miles; minimal sunlight here in Klein which kinda sorta makes it less hotter than the norm. Still humid though.

Magnolia Hills 21K. Felt ok-- had some issues getting my legs the first half of the race, then hydration was an issue. Did manage a nice fall and skinned knee to get some trail cred. All in all, a great morning!
