Looking for a Texags recommendation for icing my knees.

I had a sleeve that I kept in the freezer and the gel things on the inside burst. but it iced the front, back and sides of my knee.

The one I have now just ices the front / top of my knee.

I have looked at Amazon and frankly don't always trust their reviews. I am open to suggestions. Not looking for anything that requires me to hook up to a cooler full of ice.

Thanks,

~G

Or just get two gallon ziploc bags. Fill with ice and cold water. Lay one down on a pillow. Leg over. The the other on top. Basically what we did for my daughters oshgood schlatters (misspelled. I know)

I bought this a few years back to deal with a knee issue. Worked well. You can still peg leg around if you need to unlike with ziplocks. I think it paid more like $20, so maybe there is another vendor on amzn that sells the exact same thing from China
