Been back at since end of last year maybe. Try for 3 days a week. If the weekend is open me and the Rib go Saturday and Sunday morning. She likes the classes.
I'm in it for weight loss, but I love lifting, so I try to combine it. I also have a bad back, so usually 2 of the 4/5 days are in the pool trying to figure out how to do more than 2 laps at a time.
